Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor for the overnight shift at our Dublin, NH location. You will manage daily residential operations, supervise the BHT team, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients in recovery.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a strong mix of leadership and empathetic interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/HS diploma required or GED equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Compassionate, empathetic personality with the ability to set limits.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies and procedures.
