Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Behavioral Technician for overnight, PRN coverage at the Linn Creek Cedar Recovery Center. The role supports recovery, provides safety, and delivers structure in inpatient and outpatient programs.

You’ll work 12am–8am as needed, performing group education support, observation, and crisis response. A high school diploma and a valid Missouri driver’s license are required, with licensing within 60 days; compensation is $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Missouri Class E license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during recovery-focused group education sessions.
• Monitor and ensure client safety through ongoing supervision.
• Assist with medication logging and observation of self-administration.
• Transport clients as needed – driving is a key part of this role.
• Support new client orientation and documentation.
• Respond to crises and participate in safety drills.
• Conduct and process urine drug screenings.
