Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Waynesburg, PA is hiring a part-time Treatment Support Technician to help maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment during overnight programming. You will be a key part of the treatment team, supporting residents and coordinating with clinical staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stay awake overnight, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete required clearances and screenings. Supervision and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay awake and engaged overnight.
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
