Applewood Our House in Lakewood, CO is seeking an Overnight QMAP caregiver who can provide kind, reliable support in a home-like memory care setting. You will administer medications with care and work closely with a small, dedicated household team to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

The role emphasizes integrity, compassion, and adaptability, with a focus on personal interactions and consistent routines to support residents with dementia and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or memory care is preferred.
• Reliability and a consistent schedule are essential.
• Integrity and safety awareness during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Safely handle and record medications in full compliance with Colorado regulations.
• Dignified Personal Care: Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs in a gentle, respectful manner.
• Dementia Support: Recognize and respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
• Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.

Job description

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour. Plus $1 per hour overnight differential
