Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver to join The Grand at Broomfield, a Stellar Senior Living community. You will provide daily living assistance with kindness and professionalism, respecting residents’ dignity and privacy.

Requirements include Colorado QMAP certification and a passion for senior care. Shifts include Sunday and Monday evenings, with benefits and training opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required.
• Willingness to provide compassionate care to residents.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per orders and safety protocols.

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

Shift coverage includes:

• Sunday & Monday Evening Shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required
• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors
