Job summary

The Grand at Broomfield, part of Stellar Senior Living, is seeking a Part-Time QMAP/Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and medication administration. This role emphasizes kindness, dignity, and professional care within a warm community setting.

Colorado QMAP certification is required; a can-do attitude, teamwork, and a love for seniors are essential. Shift coverage includes Sunday & Monday evenings, with benefits such as training, paid time off, and an engaging work

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required
• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care.

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

Shift coverage includes:
