Job summary

Applewood Our House is seeking a flexible Float QMAP to support multiple Colorado locations, traveling between Lakewood and South Lakewood. You will administer medications, provide dignified care across ADLs, and support residents with dementia while maintaining strong communication with the household teams.

Qualified candidates hold a Colorado QMAP certification, embrace a flexible schedule, and bring prior caregiving or memory care experience.

Qualifications

• Certification : Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.
• Flexibility : Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed.
• Experience : Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred.
• Reliability : Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration : Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households.
• Adaptable Care : Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents.
• Dementia Support : Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
• Vital Communication : Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.

Are you an experienced QMAP who loves the "small home" feel of Applewood Our House but enjoys a change of scenery? We are looking for a flexible, high-energy Float QMAP to support our various locations. If you are a dependable professional who can step into any of our households and provide seamless, compassionate care, we want you on our team.

Premium Pay : Earn an additional $2.00 per hour on top of our standard rates for your flexibility and expertise. (For Float shifts only)

Compensation : $20.50 - $23.00 per hour (includes $2.00/hr float premium). Additional $1 per hour for overnight shift differential

Location : Must be willing and able to travel to any Applewood Our House location .

All Homes located close together in Lakewood and Arvada.

Schedule : Requires high flexibility to cover call-offs, open shifts, and staff PTO.
