The Service Companies in Austin, TX is hiring an Overnight Public Area Attendant at $17 per hour. This full-time, permanent role involves cleaning hotel and casino public areas, hallways, floors, and trash removal.

You will mop, sweep, strip, grind and polish marble floors, clean ground-level windows, and assist supervisors with assigned projects, while maintaining safety and guest service standards. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Position Overview:

• Must have a great personality and maintain excellent communication skills
• This position is responsible for general cleaning of public area in hotels or casinos hallways, floors, common areas and empty trash. Assist the lead, supervisor and manager with any projects or assignments.
• Mops, sweeps, strips, grinds and polishes marble floors.
• Cleans ground level windows.
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
• Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed.
• Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor. Makes improvement.
• Works weekends and holidays.
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.
• Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
