Youth Focus operates the My Sister Susan’s House program in Greensboro, NC, offering supervised housing for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The role is a 3rd shift standby/sleep position on-site, with sleep hours paid at the federal minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent Required. Experience with population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with goal setting
• Providing case management

• Ensuring the house is clean and tour ready
• Administering medications as needed
• Providing overall support in a therapeutic environment
