Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Supervisor for the overnight shift to lead our manufacturing team on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will guide the team to meet production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and accountability on the floor.

You will review schedules, delegate tasks, coach employees, and collaborate with maintenance, planning, and safety teams to keep the line moving overnight. A hands-on, fair leader is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight shift; supervise, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Review production schedules and allocate work to meet department goals.
• Monitor progress and address delays, staffing, material, or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, planning, HR, safety, and other departments.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in hiring decisions.
