Pollard Charitable Games Group is seeking an experienced Production Lead who is passionate about developing people, solving problems and driving operational excellence. As a Production Lead, you'll help lead the production of charitable gaming products used by organizations across North America.

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of leadership, lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities and workflow.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to machine operators and production employees.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Operate production equipment as needed to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Train, mentor and coach new employees on machine operation, safety procedures, quality standards and production processes.
  • Promote cross-training and employee development to build a flexible, high-performing workforce.
  • Monitor production schedules, job tickets and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured accurately and on time.
  • Identify quality concerns and assist with implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor machine efficiency and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Assist with inventory of production supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing company policies, housekeeping standards and safe work practices.
  • Support positive employee relations by communicating operational needs and team concerns to leadership.
  • Assist with attendance, payroll, and departmental documentation when needed.
  • Other duties as required.
