Job summary

The ODP Group is seeking a Shift Operations Lead for our RPC production center. This role directs daily digital print activities, allocates labor and equipment, and liaises with client services, production teams, and field personnel to sustain high customer satisfaction.

Mandatory leadership ability, planning skills, and strong communication are essential. Training starts on the day shift for 3–4 weeks before transitioning to overnight hours. A 401(k) benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RPC digital print activities and allocate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with client services, production teams, and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure quality, on-time performance, and adherence to 5S standards and order control.
