LAZ Parking is seeking an Overnight Power Washing Specialist in New York. This role supports maintenance teams across garages, performing power washing and light maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.

The position emphasizes following procedures, reporting issues, and providing solid customer service. The role requires a valid driver's license, comfort outdoors in variable weather, and the ability to lift and move heavy items when needed.

The Spirit of the Position:TheMaintenance/Power washing Technicianwill provide back-up and be responsible for supporting the maintenance team in various garages throughout New York. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a combination of hands‑on maintenance and customer service, while following maintenance and operational compliance.

Principal Job Description:

• Follow the Company Standard Operating Procedures as well as policies regarding professionalism, uniforms, and grooming standards.
• Note and report any safety condition relating to equipment or place of employment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, assist co-workers in solving work problems.
• Process and carry out maintenance work order forms/requested.
• Report all completed/uncompleted work performed to Operations Manager daily.
• Assist with keeping an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment’s.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehendEnglish.
• Must be proactive with strong personal drive, people person and must be willing to lead by example.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and work orders.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Experience/Skills:

• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and assignments.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
