Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking a Nightshift Production Hourly team member to operate on the processing line, cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards. You will handle equipment, keep the area clean, and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: ability to multitask, communicate well, follow simple instructions, and be a team player.
• Physical: able to work in cool temperatures and lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrims standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working at different production areas as needed.
