ABM Industries is seeking a Plant Engineer for Gulfstream, Savannah, GA. The role involves scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs to diverse equipment, following safe practices and regulatory standards.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with licensing offered for experienced boiler, chiller, and cooling tower technicians. Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely invoices, training, and compliance with safety

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in maintenance or facility operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

Communicate with employees and clients to ensure performance and quality requirements.
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure timely invoicing.
Control costs to ensure profitability of the area.
Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training of staff in the area.
Ensure training is documented and compliance with company standards.
Ensure safety programs are followed and regulatory requirements are met.
