Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Plant Engineer to perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and repairs on a range of equipment at the Gulfstream, Savannah, GA site.

The role requires operating or supporting operation of heating and ventilating systems. You must be flexible to complete all assigned tasks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Operate or assist in operating HVAC and related systems.
• Must be flexible and willing to take on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow the posted schedule and perform maintenance tasks.
• Operate heating and ventilating equipment and related systems as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support licensing initiatives for boiler, chiller and cooling tower technicians.

Job description

The Plant Engineer performs scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and repairs to varying types of equipment. Follows safe practices and complies with company and regulatory standards. Operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment, engines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air compressors, air conditioning units, fans and siphons on the site assigned. Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: Based on experience and licensing

We offer licensing to experienced boiler, chiller, and cooling tower technicians.

Location: Gulfstream, Savannah, GA
