Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Plant Engineer to perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and repairs on a variety of equipment at our Savannah site. The role involves operating HVAC systems, pumps, motors and related devices, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is based on experience and licensing, and ABM offers licensing to experienced boiler, chiller, and cooling tower technicians. Location: Gulfstream, Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Experience performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on building systems.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, and HVAC equipment preferred.
• Commitment to safety procedures and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC and related equipment.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Operate or assist in operating boilers, chillers, pumps and related equipment on site.
