About the Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients.

• Check prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and physician instructions.
• Identify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating proactively with healthcare providers to recommend formulary substitutions when deemed appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide prospective drug utilization review (DUR) to maintain high quality assurance practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions.
• Meet pharmacy services service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy/quality targets.

Requirements

• 1‑2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, retail pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong passion for helping people and delivering exceptional patient care outcomes and can work flexible pharmacy hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Availability to work within the following hours: Full Time Overnight Sundays - Thursdays (Four 10‑hour shifts a week).
• Sunday 7:30 pm to 5:30 am or 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Monday to Wednesday 6:00 pm to 4:00 am or 7:00 pm to 5:00 am.
