About the Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Check prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and physician instructions
• Identify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating proactively with healthcare providers to recommend formulary substitutions when deemed appropriate
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide prospective drug utilization review (DUR) to maintain high quality assurance practices
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions
• Meet pharmacy services service level agreements (SLAs) and accuracy/quality targets

Requirements

• You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, retail pharmacy setting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

• You have a strong passion for helping people and delivering exceptional patient care outcomes and can work flexible pharmacy hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• You are available to work within the following hours:
  - Overnight pharmacist shift on a SET schedule: Sunday 7:30PM to 5:30AM, Monday to Wednesday 6:00PM to 4:00AM
  - Daytime pharmacist on a ROTATING schedule of four 10‑hour weekly shifts, including weekend coverage every 3 weeks; shift times vary weekly, and are staffed from 6:00AM to 4:00PM, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, 9:00AM to 7:00PM, 10:00AM to 8:00PM, and 11:00AM to 9:00PM.
