Job summary

M Chest Pharmacy is seeking an Overnight Staff Pharmacist in Houston, TX to provide clinical and operational leadership in a long-term care setting. You will oversee dispensing accuracy, review medication orders, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires a Texas Pharmacist License, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work a 7-on/7-off night schedule. Leadership experience and proficiency with MS Excel/Word are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License.
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensing workflow and ensure accuracy.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Maintain required documentation per state and federal regulations.
