Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Pharmacist to join our online pharmacy team in Bolingbrook, IL. This role covers dispensing, verification, and fulfillment of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy from initiation to shipment.

You will manage patient profiles in PharmacyOS, process prescriptions, coordinate transfers, and support the pharmacy team to maintain compliance and high-quality service. The package includes RSUs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) and active license.
• Knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws.
• Experience with prescription processing and QA.

Responsibilities

• Verify quality assurance for all dispenses.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to QA production.
• Process new prescriptions and transfers.
• Handle returns, rejects, substitutions and canister approvals.
• Provide clinical guidance and answer questions.
• Investigate errors and resolve/report them.
• Deliver pharmacy information to the distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and procedures.
