Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring in Pilger, Nebraska for a Registered Nurse to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home. The position includes overnight shifts with hourly pay of $38 and competitive benefits.

The RN will plan and provide comprehensive in-home nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with prescribers to ensure safe, high-quality care for pediatric clients.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care in home settings.
• Initiates the plan of care and updates as patient needs change.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and monitors effectiveness.
• Intervenes and communicates changes to physician or supervisor.
• Reviews care plans and coordinates education and discharge planning as applicable.
