Qualifications

• RN license required for practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate required per RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and revises per prescriber instructions.
• Applies therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and reports to physician/supervisor.
• Administers medications and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and coordinates education and discharge planning.
