Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric home health assignment in Pilger, Nebraska. This full-time overnight role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver in-home skilled nursing care, perform assessments, and follow prescribed orders to support patient well-being. Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the state, current TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS. Prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• TB test or chest X-ray current as required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
