Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a tech-focused location by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and document observations, incidents, and patrols per site procedures.
• Assist with directions and report maintenance or operational issues to appropriate personnel.
