Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a part-time Overnight Registered Nurse (7pm-7:30am) to deliver quality care in our skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, coordinate with physicians, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to maintain high care standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state, have at least one year of nursing experience, and demonstrate compassion and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• One year nursing experience required.
• Devotion to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assist in orientation and training of staff.
• Motivate LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Explain nursing procedures to staff and ensure ongoing understanding.
• Communicate with Director of Nursing about assessments and concerns.
• Observe residents and report significant changes to staff.
