Job summary

Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive adult mental health population. We offer an educational assistance program and a close-knit, family-like team.

We are hiring a Mental Health Professional (MHP) for a part-time overnight schedule. You will provide group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative services, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and help residents on their path to healthy living.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed facility is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and at least 1 year supervised MH experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic services.
• Support long-term care stabilization and resident well-being.
