Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is hiring a Parking Guest Ambassador in Orlando to coordinate parking operations, guide traffic and assist guests throughout their parking experience.

You will enforce rules, handle inquiries, and operate parking equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This role requires strong communication and reliability, with overnight/weekend shifts common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal instructions.
• Monitor parking lots to ensure efficient space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited parking areas.
• Respond to customer questions about parking availability, directions, and regulations.
• Assist customers with parking-related issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.).
• Communicate regularly with parking team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate parking equipment, including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on parking occupancy, revenue, and incident activity.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure the safety and security of parking facilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
