Job summary

Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Ambassador to greet guests, provide outstanding customer service, and help keep operations running smoothly at our facilities. You will respond to questions about rates and site information, direct traffic, and assist guests with concerns during high-traffic events.

This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment, with training provided and opportunities to grow in hospitality operations. Availability for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided).
• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities
