Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Ambassador to serve as the frontline representative for parking operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding patrons, and maintaining a safe and orderly parking environment.

This position requires strong communication, dependability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. The pay rate is $15 per hour with an overnight shift, and candidates must be 18+ with eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must pass a background check and provide eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to customers and visitors.
• Greet patrons and assist with parking directions, payments, and inquiries.
• Monitor parking areas for rule compliance.
• Issue citations or warnings per policy.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and service requests.
