Job summary

Parkwell is seeking an Overnight Operations Supervisor in Denver to ensure quality service and cover scheduling gaps across its portfolio. You will greet customers, support site staff, and maintain a positive, professional rapport while reporting to the Project Manager.

This full-time overnight role runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Tuesday–Saturday, with potential adjustments. Candidates should have 1+ year in hospitality, parking, or related operations and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hospitality, parking, or related operations preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coverage at all locations is adequate and audits are completed.
• Greet customers warmly and assist as needed.
• Coach and train associates on service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with clients and site staff.
• Verify, collect, and record revenue; report incidents to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot parking equipment and escalate issues when needed.
