Job summary

Parkwell in Keystone, Dillon, CO is seeking an Overnight Valet Attendant to provide an outstanding guest experience for parking at our hotel resort location. This hourly role offers full-time or part-time shifts and requires a reliable, friendly presence.

You will greet guests, assist with needs, verify vehicles, secure keys, and maintain professionalism with property managers and staff. A clean driving record and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Offer to assist customers who appear to need help.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain professionalism with clients and site staff.
• Verify, collect, and record revenue accurately.
• Park guest cars safely and securely; secure keys and maintain key control.
• Report issues to management promptly; stay organized under stress.

Position Summary

As the Overnight Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As an overnight valet attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude.

Job Type: Hourly, Full Time/Part Time

Schedule

Parkwell is searching full time and part time employees for Overnight shifts. This can include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
• Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance
• Be able to anticipate guests needs
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
• Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
• Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue

Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
• Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
• Secure keys in locked podium/key box
• Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check
• Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
• Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions
• Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
