Responsibilities

• Follow regulations and company policies for nightly operations, safety and sanitation.
• Adhere to policy for receiving, handling, and stocking products.
• Help achieve store financial goals including sales and gross profit targets.
• Maintain shelf conditions including pricing, cleanliness, and facing of products.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and product placement.
• Train, develop and schedule night crew associates.
• Complete necessary paperwork for the night crew department.
• Support backroom organization and pallet handling.
• Direct subordinates to implement action plans and meet goals.
• Take direction from the night crew manager and cover duties when absent.
