• Assist grocery dept. to meet sales and gross profit goals; minimize shrink and costs.
• Maintain shelf conditions: pricing, cleaning, facing, rotation.
• Follow plan-o-gram layouts for shelf management and new/discontinued products.
• Train, develop, and schedule night crew associates.
• File paperwork for the night crew department.
• Keep backroom clean and orderly; organize, bale, stack pallets.
• Direct subordinates to implement action plans and achieve goals.
• Take direction from the night crew manager and act in their absence.
