Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling at our Wyomissing branch. You will support receiving, stocking, presentation, and inventory tasks to meet sales and fulfillment goals.

Key duties include efficient stock receipt and put-away, FIFO rotation, communicating with the Overnight Operations Manager, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting location operations to ensure smooth business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to follow FIFO and stock rotation procedures.
• Strong communication with supervisor and team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Overnight Operations Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.
