The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch. You will drive receiving, stocking, and presentation to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Minimum 1 year in retail or supply chain, no degree required, and strong communication with team. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining store cleanliness in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Education
