Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate (Wholesale Stocking Associate) to assist the Product Lifecycle Manager and handle daily material movements at a retail branch. You will support receiving, stocking, and presenting stock to meet sales, merchandising, and inventory goals.

The role offers a full-time, stable schedule with no late-night shifts, rotating Saturdays and Sundays off, PTO, a 401(k) match, employee discounts, and training on pallet jacks and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include efficient receiving and put-away of stock using pallet jacks or powered equipment.
• Maintain organization and neatness during daily restocking tasks.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and remove damaged or expired items as needed.
• Support location operations and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate (Wholesale Stocking Associate) with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.
