Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Product Lifecycle Manager in daily material handling at a retail branch. You will help with receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies aligned with sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities include efficient stock receipt, organizing restocking tasks, FIFO stock rotation, and addressing operational issues with the Product Lifecycle Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
• Ensure organization and neatness during daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations.
• Coordinate with Product Lifecycle Manager to address operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and remove damaged/expired items.
• Support location operations and align with business goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness.

The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Job Summary

The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of our business model and a strong work ethic

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think critically
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Business Proficiency in English is required
