Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN or RN) to support the DON/ADON in managing the nursing department during evening hours. The role involves supervising resident care, performing direct nursing tasks as needed, and ensuring accurate documentation in MatrixCare.

This position requires current licensure and CPR certification and includes on-site responsibilities at the Monticello campus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON & ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department in accordance with current rules and guidelines.
• Supervise and assist with all resident care according to assessed status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident’s assessment, physician orders, and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure medical records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and participate in survey/compliance readiness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready including resources, tour path, model room, and tour stations; execute tours as necessary.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
