Job summary

Trilogy is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN/RN) to support the DON and ADON in supervising the nursing department’s evening operations at our Health Campus. This role focuses on maintaining quality care and regulatory compliance while coordinating the nursing team.

Responsibilities include directing nursing services, ensuring accurate documentation, preparing the campus for surveys, and providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON and DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessed status and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per assessments, orders and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure Medical Records are complete.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and participate in surveys and mock survey campus preparedness.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready including back-up resources, tour path, model room, first impressions and tour stations; execute tours as needed.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
