Job summary

Pony Bird, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in Missouri.

The role involves expert RN clinical oversight, collaboration with the Medical Team, and ensuring evidence-based care and regulatory compliance. This position requires MO RN or LPN license (RN preferred), CPR/AED certification, and strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Missouri; RN preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and documentation.
• Experience with care principles for individuals with severe to profound disabilities.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert RN supervision and clinical oversight for designated care areas.
• Partner with the Medical Team and Director of Medical Services to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Oversee MA1 staff training, infection prevention, and care planning processes.
• Coordinate transfers and ensure accurate documentation of care in records.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to maintain compliance and quality of care.
