Job summary

Pony Bird, Inc. is seeking a qualified Shift Supervisor for our Arnold location at Pomme 1 and Pomme 2. The role oversees care across group homes on the overnight shift, ensuring high-quality support for individuals with disabilities.

Role includes supervision, care coordination, and documentation during the night shift; requires relevant experience, Associate's degree, CPR/First Aid, and Missouri Medical Aide 1 certification. Benefits are provided and EOE.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, coordination, and care at all group homes during your shift.
• Supervise each home to ensure proper care for residents.
• Use chart reviews, medication observation, verbal updates, documentation, and monitoring during shift.
