Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Chicago, IL is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead a nursing team in an adult residential facility. This full-time overnight role involves supervising staff, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating unit operations under the Nurse Director.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing with an Illinois RN license and 1+ year of direct patient care experience. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Unrestricted RN license in Illinois is required.
• 1+ year of direct patient care experience is required.
• Strong communication, leadership and motivational abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned team and guide staff to be effective.
• Assist with scheduling to cover shifts and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Complete monthly audits and unit checklists.
• Ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and support crisis management.
