Job summary

The Centre for Neuro Skills in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor-Nurse to lead nursing care and supervise Neuro Rehabilitation Specialists in our residential program overnight.

This full-time role requires RN or LVN licensure, CPR/First Aid/Pro-ACT certifications, strong assessment and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate patient care, educate staff, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensure in state employed is required.
• Experience in general rehabilitation is preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Pro-ACT Certifications are required.
• Clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds of patient apartments, monitor programs, supervise staff.
• Administer or supervise medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Record vital signs and medical progress; maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and staff; provide program-specific education and training.
• Coordinate with Nursing Department and care teams to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Handle stressful situations professionally and make informed decisions.
