Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Yonkers, NY is seeking an RN Supervisor for the overnight shift to lead nursing colleagues, ensure high-quality resident care and enforce clinical policies.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree or RN program diploma, has at least 1 year in a supervisory role in long-term care, and is reliable, tech‑literate, and an effective communicator.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• RN with at least 1 year of experience as Supervisor in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff on the overnight shift and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Enforce clinical policies and standard of practice.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes in clinical conditions.
• Ensure punctual attendance and reliable shift coverage.
