Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery in Dodgeville, WI is seeking an Overnight Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our behavioral health team. You’ll provide compassionate medical care for adults in detox and recovery, monitor patients overnight, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team.

The role offers full-time hours (6:00pm-6:30am) with compensation based on licensure and experience. LPNs earn $31–$35/hr and RNs $41–$45/hr in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Looking for overnight nursing without the constant chaos?

At Wood Violet Recovery, our overnight nurses provide compassionate medical care for adults receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. While nights are generally quieter than a hospital floor, the work is meaningful, engaging, and requires strong clinical judgment.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy working independently, building relationships with patients, and practicing nursing in a supportive behavioral health setting.

No behavioral health experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and welcome nurses from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, corrections, home health, and other healthcare backgrounds.

Schedule

• 6:00pm-6:30am overnight shift

Compensation (Based on Licensure & Experience)
We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:

• LPN: $31 - $35/hour
• RN: $41 - $45/hour
