Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing intake assessments and assist with detox treatment planning.
• Conduct daily nursing assessments and monitor client health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines.
• Process labs and communicate critical information to providers.
• Maintain HIPAA/regulatory documentation and compliance.
• Respond to medical concerns calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate transfers and nurse-to-nurse reporting.
• Support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization.
