Wood Violet Recovery (WVR) in Dodgeville, WI is seeking a Day Shift Nurse (LPN/RN) for a full-time position to support detox, stabilization, and early recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a behavioral health setting.

The role requires an active Wisconsin LPN or RN license, strong documentation, and clinical judgment. Expect a structured, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and collaboration with physicians,

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license required.
Ability to complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated clinical judgment and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
Administer medications and document accurately.
Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team.
Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion.
Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication.
Maintain HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.
Track and manage medical supplies.

Schedule

6:00am-6:30pm
Every third weekend required
Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week
