WesleyLife's Edgewater Health Center in West Des Moines seeks an experienced LPN for overnight shifts. You will deliver direct nursing care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and support wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.

Qualifications

• Iowa LPN license is required.
• LTC experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with accurate documentation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate with physicians and families.
• Conduct admissions into Edgewater's Health Center.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and infection control protocols.
