Job summary
WesleyLife in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents, including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and medication administration. You will assess health conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekend packages, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Iowa RN or LPN license required.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care (wound care, IV therapy, catheter management).
- Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation and monitor for side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate resident care and communicate with physicians and families.
